The Leading and Working in Virtual Teams workshop supports the participants to navigate the virtual work model and new ways of working, and foster adaptation, resilience, and effectiveness in evolving environments. It focuses on nurturing trust and psychological safety within teams, emphasizing autonomy, alignment, accountability, and effective collaboration in virtual settings. Through working on their real-work examples, participants can directly apply the principles learned and achieve a real impact on their performance in their virtual teams.
